Back to TopCan the prescription be billed to my Insurance?No. As a compounding pharmacy, we do not have the ability to bill your prescription insurance like traditional pharmacies do. However, we will provide a completed Universal Claim Form which is accepted by almost every insurance carrier. Simply sign and submit the claim form to your carrier for reimbursement within the provisions of your policy. You may also complete the credit card portion on the prescription blank. The pharmacy securely stores your credit card information for subsequent refills. The use of Noel's
Numbing Creams should only be done under the supervision of the
licensed prescriber. We recommend that the creams only be
applied in the doctor's office under supervision. Care should
be taken to use the smallest amount of Noel's Numbing Creams to
reach therapeutic effect.
Safety and efficacy of tetracaine have not been established for children less than 12 years of age. Benzocaine should not be used with children less than 12 years of age. Physicians may request our Original Formula or create their own formulation that they wish to be dispensed to their patients.
